Sevylor Tahiti Hunt and Fish Kayak Review

This is one of the best discoveries that I’ve made when checking out new fishing kayaks. This one is already camouflaged, which makes it the perfect kayak for duck hunting AND fishing! Awesome!

Plus, it is the cheapest fishing kayak that I’ve seen on the market for 2016. I mean, I honestly cannot believe that I managed to find a quality fishing kayak at such a cheap price! And I love that this inflatable kayak has room for two, which means that you can take your lady out on the lake with you (at least that’s what I like to do sometimes!)

Sevylor Tahiti Hunt and Fish Kayak Features

So, here the thing – this cheap kayak has a lot of features that make it a real good deal. I mean, you would not expect much from something so cheap, right? Well you would be wrong this time around! Cause this thing really gives you your money’s worth and then some. Take a look at it’s top features here:

  • 21-gauge PVC construction is rugged for lake use
  • Multiple air chambers allow another chamber to stay inflated if one is punctured
  • Airtight® System is guaranteed not to leak
  • Double Lock valves use two locking points for easy inflation/deflation
  • Adjustable seat moves to fit you
  • Back rests let you lean back and enjoy the ride
  • Spray covers block splashes to help keep you dry
  • Carry handles make it easy to carry in and out of the water
  • Fits two people
  • NMMA® certified to hold up to 360 lbs.
  • Inflated dimensions: 10 ft. 4 in. x 3 ft. 1 in.
  • 90 day limited warranty
  • Includes carry bag

Not too shabby, eh? Of course, it does not come with a pump or paddles, so you will have that extra expense to consider. It also does not come with a skeg.

At this price, I think that this is a good inflatable kayak for beginners – even if you’re not fishing out of it.

Bottom line: this kayak is very stable out in the water and tracks well. I think it is an amazing value for the money, even without a pump and paddles. That just means that you get to pick the best paddles and pump on your own, which is nice cause sometimes you get really crappy ones included with your watercraft.
